Such projects incorporate bidding documentation studies comprising of preparatory and preliminary survey studies, conceptual project, preliminary project, final project, as-built project, detail project, (system and plot details), technical specification, and bill of quantities.

Occupational Inspection and Consultancy Services include supervision and inspection of all studies carried out at the technical level in order to implement the project and comprise of the consultancy services performed for the purpose of informing and orienting the property owner regarding the technical aspects of the project

Project Management Services, in addition to the design, supervision and consultancy services, are the technical services conducted during the process until operational stage of the facility, incorporating aspects such as investment planning, site selection, financing and procurement, budgeting and listing of reinforcement members, also including licensing process of the facility and comprising of multidisciplinary studies by the teams deployed on-site and at the office.
